I would start by increasing base pay to pull in more applicants to fill rosters, to help lessen the load of people working absurd hours to keep stores open.

Below average, in my area, crew starts at $12, while shift leads, and AGMs make $15 and $17 respectively, while most other food places start at $15 for just crew, $18 for shift leads and $20 for AGMs
