Lisa began her career in the early 80’s working in her family’s federal general contracting firm. While obtaining her B.A. in Financial Accounting her career led her to work for General Contractors and Subcontractors as Controller and CFO. She founded her own company providing part-time Controller and CFO services to contractors in the early 90’s and concurrently acquired a National Construction Job Cost Accounting and Project Management software company in 1997 where she was President and CEO until the company was sold in early 2008.

She has lectured for CFMA’s National Conference on Time Management and Alternative methods of Depreciation & Internal Utilization for Heavy Equipment in down markets and has instructed for the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) at their Training Center and through the extended studies program at San Diego State University on various topics to include; Earned Value Management, Budget Control and Basic Construction Accounting.

Lisa has served on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Chapter of CFMA (1992-1996) and currently serves as President (2015-2016). In addition, Lisa has been a contributing author for CTS Software Review, a national construction software review guide. She currently serves as Chair for the Eligibility Committee and the Board of Trustees for the ICCIFP.

Mark Irish is a Chief Estimator at Pacific Building Group and is based in Greater San Diego Area. He has worked as Project Manager/Estimator at Bilbro Construction Company, Inc. and Assistant Superintendent/Engineer, Project Engineer, Cost/Scheduling Engineer, Project Manager at Turner Construction Company. Mark attended California Polytechnic State University between 1984 and 1990.
