A seasoned nonprofit executive, I have over 35 years of combined management experience in multiple large-scale environments, including behavioral healthcare organizations, human service agencies, and specialty medical groups. Whether in a key management position or consulting role, I've demonstrated extraordinary skill and dedication in motivating individuals and providing dynamic leadership for complex organizations. My areas of expertise include operations, finance, business development, change management, strategic planning, organizational development and talent management.After serving for eight years as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Pacific Clinics, I was appointed by the agency’s Board of Directors to assume the CEO position in April 2015. At Pacific Clinics, the region’s premier behavioral health organization, I have advanced the significant development of its programs, specialty services and business operations. Important new programs were added and program sites were established in communities across the five counties of Southern California. The agency currently serves more than 24,000 clients annually, with a staff of nearly 1,100 professionals and an operating budget of approximately $100 million in fiscal year 2017-18.
