Pros of working at Pacific Dental Services

The culture was horrible and disrespectful. They pay lip service to good values, but do not practice them.

Cons of working at Pacific Dental Services

They have psychologists following you around to be sure you're using the right phrases to sell dentistry.

Pacific Dental Services benefits

The benefit was that that their corporate mill is easy to compete against when I started my own practice. Easy to differentiate yourself when you actually care about the well being of patients.
