JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a senior Quantitative Developer to join our Portfolio Management Analytics team in Newport Beach, CA. The team is responsible for the development and enhancement of our analytics platform which provides pre-trade and risk valuations across the entire fixed income universe. You will be responsible for large scale software architecture, development and production releases mainly in C++ whilst having extensive exposure to high performance computing, cloud computing, messaging and caching. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation in latest computing techniques as well as ensuring robustness in system and production releases. This is a fully hands-on job in a highly productive environment which requires both meticulous attention to detail and rapid coding development.
REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in Computer Science or hard science/engineering with sweeping C++ development background. Graduation from a top school is preferred.
5-10 years of professional working experience with large-scale analytics systems at top tier financial firms. Directly working with fixed income trading systems is preferred.
Extensive programming skills in C++ (STL, boost, design pattern, modern C++) and integration across multi languages such as boost-python.
Results driven with attention to detail and high-quality standards - capable of leading a wide range of enhancements across code base, processes and applications.
Adaptive - able to quickly comprehend requirements and translate to software and systems in a timely fashion.
PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.

Position Description
We are seeking an experienced and respected wealth management investment consultant to help develop and elevate PIMCO's Advisor Education value-add program within our U.S. Global Wealth Management (GWM) business. Primary Responsibilities:
We are looking for a senior technical, hands-on specialist to handle the coordination of testing and release process for the Fixed Income pricing and risk modelling libraries and reference data. This is a challenging and high-profile role which spans the end-to-end software development cycle (SDLC) - including managing source code branches, preparing and delivering release candidate builds into testing, and working with QA, IT, trading desk strategists, and production support teams through the test cycle to sign-off, integration into consumer applications, and release. Located in New York, this role is a critical point of contact for desk strategists, technology and QA colleagues in that timezone, maintains continuity of SDLC activities in Follow the Sun model in a global release management team with colleagues in India and London.
The successful candidate will also help with improving our automated build, release, integration and testing infrastructure covering the entire SDLC across several million lines of C++, Java, and Scala source code. This will include configuration of Jenkins jobs, source code management tooling, and supporting trading desk strategists' use of development environment.
Most of the Fixed Income portfolio is valued and risked using these pricing and risk modelling libraries, which are used by many varied applications throughout the firm and have multiple inter-dependencies. This requires that we build the libraries in a consistent manner on multiple different platforms, and integrate them into the varied application landscape, which is itself constantly changing. Our ability to patch, test and release new functionality within hours if not minutes can be critical to our success as a business, and the successful candidate will be critical to helping us achieve this.

PIMCO is seeking a Product Associate to work in the Emerging Markets Product Strategy team. The core function of the role involves the analysis of complex data and applying those results to make client focused presentations. The Product Associate must build strong internal relationships and partnerships with Portfolio Managers, Account Associates and Account Managers, Business Development and Compliance teams across the firm. This job will be based in New York.
Responsibilities
* Support Product Strategists in delivering portfolio solutions for clients
* Lever the effectiveness of the Emerging Markets Product Strategy team so that they can focus on strategy advice and implementation by supervising data/information coordination and analysis
* Perform detailed portfolio research and quantitative analysis with Excel, Bloomberg, and Business Query
* Perform risk management, attribution, market commentary, and other product analysis reports on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
* Work with the product strategy team to monitor and manage the project queue to help prioritize opportunities, follow up with AM's to ensure continued connectivity and sustained involvement with clients
* Be an internal resource for client servicing and marketing groups for asset allocation related questions and inquiries
* Maintain marketing materials such as presentation books and other general education materials
* Ad Hoc research projects related to competitors Assist in the development of new products and funds
Position Requirements
* 2-3 years of asset management or wealth management experience
* Bachelor's degree in in Business/Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Accounting preferred
* Well-organized, high-energy level/self-starter; focus on production and results orientation
* Ability to organize and communicate information effectively in writing and interpersonal communications. Work effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel
* Strong mathematical and quantitative abilities
* Enthusiasm for the financial markets and investment management
* Ability to understand financial concepts (portfolio construction, asset class properties) and talks about them intelligently
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and reasonable proficiency with Business Objects, Bloomberg and other index provider systems preferred
* CFA designation (or active status in program) desired

The Sr. Payroll Associate is a key member of the HR Global Payroll team, responsible for supporting payroll processing across the Americas and Asia Pacific regions. Reporting to the VP, Global Payroll Manager, this role supports timely, accurate and compliant payroll operations for multiple countries, including system enhancements and process improvements.
Primary responsibilities (including the following, other duties may be assigned)
* Support the timely and accurate processing of monthly payrolls for 3-4 countries in the Asia Pacific region and operational support for payrolls in the Americas.

Qualifications
