The CFO is responsible for overall financial administration of the hospital, including revenue cycle, general accounting, information systems and financial reporting in accordance with all hospital and corporate policies and procedures. Ensures that internal controls are adequate to safeguard facility assets and that accounting systems are sufficient to generate accurate and timely financial reports. Also responsible for preparation of the annual hospital budget along with ongoing analytics monitoring any variances and reporting to CEO and corporate office.
How you'll contribute:
A Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who excels in this role:
•Supervise and oversee the activities of the business office staff (billing, collections, financial counseling, utilization review and data processing) and maintains effective revenue cycle processes to keep patient accounts receivable at an acceptable level and also increasing the hospital's cash flow (including management of denials).
•Ensures that company policies and procedures are effective and implemented to assure minimal risk to the facility.
•Responsible for compliance along with generally accepted accounting principles as well as any other local, state and federal guidelines required.
•Will ensure accurate capturing and posting of all financial and daily accounting activity and ensures that monthly financial statements and regular productivity reports are completed and distributed on a timely basis.
•Contribute to and monitor performance goals and objectives (EBITDAR target). Analyzes variances and with CEO, develops action plans to achieve assigned targets.
•Maintain patient accounts receivable at amounts appropriate for market, payer, and acuity mix (measured by AR days).
•Ensures all balance sheet accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis and systems of internal controls are in place to facilitate a clean audit opinion.
•Typically supervises the areas of Accounting, Patient Financial Services, Purchasing, Payroll and other departments as required at the individual hospital.
•Ensures that month-end financial closing process is completed accurately and timely; prepares financial statements and monthly operating review reports to co-present with the hospital CEO to corporate management.
•Responsible for preparation of annual operating and capital budgets for the hospital.
•Assists the corporate finance and accounting team in the annual independent audit preparation and process.
•Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting of operating statistics and financial metrics as scheduled and or requested.
•All other duties assigned
What we're looking for:
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or related field required. CPA preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in healthcare overall financial operations/controls required. Experience in payroll also required. Knowledge of in-patient psychiatric and chemical dependency hospital finance preferred. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications and has used computer workstation in previous roles in hospital.

Primary Responsibilities:

Position Overview
The Vice President/Executive Director, Medical Affairs will lead three key functions-Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), Patient Advocacy, and Medical Information. This role is central to building Immunome's external presence, gathering insights to shape strategy, and driving stakeholder engagement across healthcare and patient communities. This is a highly dynamic role: the ideal candidate will be able to roll up their sleeves and do the groundwork while leading the development of evolving functions.
This is a hybrid role based in Bothell, WA and requires three days a week in-office on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities
National MSL Leadership:
Build, train, and lead the MSL team.
Develop strategic field plans and educational materials.
Engage healthcare professionals and synthesize external insights.
Define and track performance metrics.
Patient Advocacy Leadership:
Lead relationships with sarcoma patient advocacy groups (PAGs).
Develop and execute a strategic engagement plan.
Bring patient perspectives into internal planning and activities.
Medical Information Leadership:
Oversee medical information systems and response materials.
Select and manage external partners.
Ensure proper handling of adverse events and product inquiries.
Cross-functional Expectations:

Position Overview
The Vice President/Executive Director, Medical Affairs will lead three key functions-Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), Patient Advocacy, and Medical Information. The Role:
Reporting to the VP Supply Chain Business Intelligence Team, the Executive Director, Supply Chain - Clinical Resource Integration (CRI) will champion the strategic vision, development, and leadership for Clinical Value Analysis, Conversions, Consumption Management, Implementations, and optimization of complex clinical solutions across the supply chain. Located primarily in the dynamic settings of clinical needs and Strategic Sourcing initiatives, this role supports Planning & Forecasting needs. You'll be the Providence Senior Leader over the organization's enterprise Clinical Value Analysis, Conversions, Consumption Management, and Implementations processes.
What You'll Do:
+ Strategic Architect: Design and direct the Clinical Resource Integration (CRI) strategy and operations to align with the overall REH strategy.
+ Collaboration Leader: Partner with Sourcing and Clinical Institute Executive Leaders to develop, implement, and maintain a joint system strategy for technology council processes.
+ Savings Champion: Execute PSJH strategy, communicate, and achieve annual savings targets for CRI.
+ Engagement Facilitator: Support REH caregiver engagement strategy and lead through exceptional engagement scores of direct reports.
+ Variation Minimizer: Work in partnership and influence model to reduce clinical product variation to achieve PSJH quality and cost-related goals.
+ Innovation Driver: Cultivate an environment of creativity, innovation, and evolution through leadership, goal setting, and enhanced communication.
+ Performance Optimizer: Design, develop, and implement sourcing, CRI, and vendor management strategies with aligned metrics to improve performance and optimize resources.
+ Relationship Builder: Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships to maximize the achievement of business goals.
+ Process Developer: Create and maintain processes, policies, procedures, tools, and templates to ensure CRI best practices.
+ Executive Liaison: Strengthen key relationships with System/Divisional/Ministry Executives and engage leadership to streamline department reporting.
What You'll Bring:
+ Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree in Nursing, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, Business preferred.
+ Experience: 10+ years in Nursing, Value Analysis, Operations, and People management in a Leadership role; 7+ years in Supply Chain and Sourcing with a Medical/Clinical focus.
+ Licensing: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License preferred upon hire; Specialty Certifications in Nursing/Clinical, Supply Chain, and/or Value Analysis preferred upon hire.
+ Skills: Excellent collaboration, team building, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in process formulation, improvement, analytical, data processing, and problem-solving.
+ Strategic Understanding: Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, strategic business objectives, and healthcare logistics.

The Role:
As the Executive Director of IS Applications at Providence St. Joseph Health, you'll be the catalyst for application excellence and strategic innovation - focusing on managing the third-party business applications related to supply chain. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Fiscal Control
Monitor on a daily and monthly basis performance against budget and takes appropriate action to ensure community is overall profitable.
Monthly profit and loss reviews with owner.
Monitor accounts receivable and takes appropriate action to minimize aging.
Approve all expenses utilizing the designated purchase order system and ensure invoices are approved and paid in a timely manner.
Provide training to department heads in fiscal accountability as needed.
Responsible for the community credit card. Must follow Community Credit Card policy as established.
Human Resources Management
Responsible for the recruitment and selection of all Community department heads and subsequently all Community personnel.
Consults with department heads regarding staffing in their department, conducts exit interviews with all staff that leave Community employment and reports results to HR Department.
Ensures adequate and effective orientation and training of the Community's employees.
Directly supervises and evaluates all department heads by providing ongoing, timely performance feedback.
Supervises all admissions, transfers, and discharges with appropriate department supervisors.
Conducts general staff meetings.
Visits all shifts on a regular basis to evaluate performance of all three shifts.
Responsible for the overall wage and salary plans of the Community and makes recommendations to the management for changes in order to remain competitive in the Community market.

Position Overview
The Executive Director, Clinical Development will serve as a key member of Immunome's R&D leadership team, reporting to the Chief Medical Officer. This executive will provide strategic direction and oversight for the clinical development of Immunome's pipeline, advancing innovative targeted oncology programs from early development through late-stage trials. The VP will play a critical role in shaping portfolio strategy, leading global clinical trial execution, and representing Immunome with regulators, investigators, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic clinical leadership and hold responsibility for all clinical deliverables.
* Development of protocols consistent with the Clinical Development Plans (CDP), clinical components of regulatory documents and brand related medical information, clinical communication, and publications.
* Manage operational aspects and drive execution of the clinical program in partnership with other line functions.
* Manage budget and resources in coordination with CMO, and Project Managers, ensuring timely execution of assigned clinical deliverables.
* Participate in/contribute to activities with external stakeholders (e.g., regulatory authorities, key opinion leaders, advisory boards, patient advocacy groups), internal stakeholders, Translational Medicine, etc.) and internal decision boards.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external scientific experts in order to represent the company's interests from a clinical perspective.
* Support the CMO in ensuring overall safety of the compound in collaboration with the Safety Leader for the assigned program section.
* Remain current with clinical and drug development information relevant to assigned programs through the review of literature and attendance at medical/scientific meetings.
* Lead development and ensure implementation across program specific standards.
Qualifications
* M.D. with clinical research experience in oncology products is required.
* A minimum of 10+ years of clinical development experience in oncology.
* Proven track record of advancing oncology programs through pivotal/registrational trials; prior leadership experience in large pharma or biotech strongly preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
* Deep expertise in oncology clinical trial design and execution, including early- and late-stage studies
