Pacific Medical Centers is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW, LMHC or LMFT) to join an established Primary Care team at the Beacon Hill Clinic in Seattle, WA. Clinicians are integrated as a part of the medical team supporting patients through outpatient individual therapy and evidence-based treatment modalities. This is an opportunity to join a highly compassionate and dedicated team working to improve the health and wellbeing of patients from across the Pacific Northwest.
Position Details:
+ Full-time position (0.8FTE)
+ In-person care; hybrid opportunities are available
+ Monday to Friday schedule at the Beacon Hill location
+ Outpatient, integrated behavioral health
+ Working with a highly diverse patient population and various age groups
Compensation & Benefits:
+ Compensation is between $73,029 and $96,574 per year

Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to identify areas of need.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans focused on improving the ability to perform daily activities.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Seattle, Washington. This role is eligible for a $12,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25 hours of availability per week. What We're Looking For We're hiring independently licensed clinicians in Washington who are ready to make a difference and grow with us. We're especially interested in: Providers willing to see 25 sessions per week Behavioral health generalists Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team Those interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles Strong character matters - we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care Qualifications: Active and unrestricted LICSW in Washington Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided Compensation: Up to $112,200, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities. What We Provide We do the heavy lifting so you can focus on care.
