Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) field
5+ years of engineering experience
3+ years of integration, testing and automation experience
Experience using modeling, project management, CAD and software programming tools
Experience in technical support, or experience driving collaborative projects from conception to delivery
Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
Experience with budgeting, scheduling and cost reports
Experience with projects having budgets of $10M+

Key Responsibilities:
Technical customer interaction:
Debug and resolution of customer silicon, hardware and software issues faced on AMD products
Resolve customer questions about design and software functionality
Assist with customer feature enablement

Driving validation and debug with internal teams:
Coordinate debug efforts across multiple functional teams to drive issues to close.
Act as the "voice of the customer" when resolving issues

SSO troubleshooting experience
Should have had customer facing experience
Must be experienced on the SailPoint/IAM implementation and support activities.
Should have handled SLA based support teams with 24X5 or 24X7 coverage.
Must have owned the Infrastructure and SailPoint/IAM application support activities completely.
Experience of working with Customer on site/ on location will be a great advantage.
Should be hands on the SailPoint/IAM both on the configurations / administration and code analysis.
Could be either a SailPoint development or Support engineer in the past
Should be good on communication front
Should have experience in handling email / chat/ phone / ticketing-based support

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
