General Summary:
The Regional Site Administrator (RSA) supports the clinical education department for osteopathic medical students within an assigned geographic region. This individual collaborates with the Regional Assistant Dean, clinical preceptors, rotation site coordinators, and the Clinical Education Department to ensure a successful and organized educational experience for PNWU students. The RSA serves as the primary administrative liaison between the University and clinical sites and facilitates onboarding, credentialing, scheduling, and evaluation processes for assigned students. This position plays a vital role in fostering collaborative relationships and contributing to the growth and sustainability of clinical education programs.
The RSA is the primary liaison for students, addressing issues and concerns that arise during clinical rotations, coordinating rotation preparation, and supporting each student in achieving their individual learning objectives.
Essential Job Functions:
• Develop and manage student clinical rotation schedules that align with curriculum and graduation requirements (without specialized scheduling software). Maintain these schedules in eValue and assist with updates and changes as needed.
• Facilitate timely and accurate communication and coordination with students, preceptors, and institutional coordinators via email, phone, Microsoft Teams, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage comprehensive student onboarding and credentialing process, including collecting, verifying, and submitting all required documentation to meet the specific requirements of PNWU, hospitals, and clinics, for all rotations within the designated region.
• Recruit and maintain strong relationships with medical providers, who serve as student preceptors, including recognition, appreciation, and resolutions to any issues.
• Track and monitor completion of required documentation such as preceptor evaluations, COMAT exams, didactic attendance, and time-off requests.
• Manage COMAT testing dates and proctor the exams for all core rotations (except PCC and Selective).
• Collaborate in weekly meetings and didactics to optimize workflow processes and support enhanced student outcomes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need.
Requirements
Education:
• Required: Associate degree in related field
and
a minimum of 2 years' experience
or
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field including administrative, project management, or academic support roles with increasing responsibilities, preferably in healthcare administration, Public Health, higher education or medical education
or
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field

General Summary:
Reporting to the Dean of Students, the Director plans, manages, directs, coordinates, and delivers academic support services and programs to provide quality educational opportunities for all students and to maximize retention. A significant responsibility is engaging with students with disabilities or suspected disabilities and determining reasonable accommodations in support of student needs, and in compliance with federal and state laws and university policies. The Director maintains required records, produces appropriate reports, and conducts assessments of the effectiveness of student success and disability initiatives, including reports to the appropriate federal and state bodies.
The Director supervises one or more Learning Skills Specialists (LSS) and more than sixty (60) student tutors and recitation leaders. Supervision of the Learning Skills Specialist includes providing guidance, training, and support in planning, setting goals, implementing student support efforts, and assessing effectiveness of those efforts. The Director will oversee the work of student employees including recruitment, training, and pay meticulous attention to student timecards with reconciliation of hours at the end of each pay period.

• Develops and delivers annual delivery of academic support programs and services. Plans ongoing and annual assessment.
• Evaluates disability documentation to determine program eligibility, conducts access interviews with students to identify reasonable accommodations/services, and works closely with students, staff, and faculty in an interactive process to ensure appropriate accommodations are in place.

Position Summary
The Facilities Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, secure, and well-functioning campus environment. Essential Responsibilities
1. Campus Safety and Security:
* Conduct security patrols across the university campus or clinic location
* Monitor and respond to security cameras and alarms
* Support access management, including key distribution, badge access, and lockout assistance
* Respond to and report security incidents
* Ensure buildings are secured at the end of assigned shifts (doors/windows locked, lights off)
2. Facility Maintenance and Support:
* Perform basic building systems maintenance and repairs

General Summary:
The Director of Clinical Education (DCE) develops, monitors, and refines the clinical education components of the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT) curriculum. The DCE manages student placement and success in all Academic Fieldwork Education Experiences (AFEE). The DCE's primary responsibilities are to plan, coordinate, facilitate, administer, and monitor activities on behalf of the academic program and in coordination with the program's Clinical Partners (contracted clinical facilities, clinical educators). The DCE selects and evaluates clinical education sites and facilitates ongoing development of clinical education sites and clinical faculty. The DCE is responsible for the school's compliance with the AFEE requirements set forth by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE).
The DCE has administrative, academic, service, and scholarship responsibilities consistent with the mission and philosophy of the School of Occupational Therapy. This individual demonstrates competence in clinical education, teaching, scholarship and curriculum development. Prepare and provide appropriate full-time clinical site slots and timely clinical placement procedures, necessary student immunization requirements, related site-specific clinical requirements, and clinical database information
Foster communication and development of CIs at clinical sites and provide support and guidance to ensure student learning and progression

Education:
· Earned doctoral or master's degree awarded by an institution that is accredited by a regional accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDE). Academic doctorate degrees other than occupational therapy or occupational science (e.g., PhD, EdD, DSc) and ABD candidates may be considered if they meet the minimum practice requirements below:
· Licensed occupational therapist who is licensed or eligible for licensure in Washington State;
· Have a minimum of 3 years (5 years preferred) of documented clinical practice experience as an OT.
Experience:
· Prior experience as an academic fieldwork coordinator is preferred. However, PNWU provides support for professional development activities related to academic fieldwork coordination for those without prior academic fieldwork coordination experience. Additional preferred experience includes:

General Summary:
Under direction of the faculty supervisor, a School of Occupational Therapy Teaching Assistant (SOTTA) will complete tasks in support of the courses taught by the faculty supervisor.
Essential Job Functions:
· Scheduling student activities
· Developing, maintaining and organizing electronic filing systems
· Communicating effectively with parties involved
· Assisting with the scheduling and planning of meetings and/or events
· Conducting literature searches using online library databases and other resources
· Operating telephone and web-conferencing equipment
· Responding in a timely manner to information requests

· Maintaining clean and organized workstation and office space

General Summary:
The Director of Admissions develops and leads the graduate student admission and recruitment efforts, including training, communications, events, short and long-range planning, supervision, policy review, data analysis, and compliance. The director collaborates with the VP and AVP for Enrollment Management and the Marketing and Communications staff to develop strategies for use of website, digital advertising, social media marketing, and recruitment material and messaging. Position Summary
The Facilities Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, secure, and well-functioning campus environment. Responsibilities include monitoring access, conducting security patrols, responding to incidents and emergencies, opening, closing and securing campus buildings. The team also manages building maintenance, repairs, and landscaping, ensuring facilities and grounds remain safe, clean, and welcoming year-round. In addition, they support environmental health and safety compliance, identify and address potential hazards, and promote sustainability initiatives. By delivering reliable operations and professional, customer-focused assistance, the Facilities team helps create an environment where students, staff, and visitors can thrive.
There are currently two open positions:
* Seattle Clinic (Bastyr Center for Natural Health): This role will initially support our Seattle Clinic. In December 2025, the clinic will relocate to the Kenmore University Campus, and the position will then be based in Kenmore.
* Kenmore Campus: This position is based at our Kenmore University Campus and will remain at this location.
Although each position has a primary location, you may be asked to work at another location to support a project, or provide shift coverage
Essential Responsibilities
1. Campus Safety and Security:
* Conduct security patrols across the university campus or clinic location
* Monitor and respond to security cameras and alarms
* Support access management, including key distribution, badge access, and lockout assistance
* Respond to and report security incidents
* Ensure buildings are secured at the end of assigned shifts (doors/windows locked, lights off)
2. Facility Maintenance and Support:
* Perform basic building systems maintenance and repairs
* Assist with grounds keeping and landscaping tasks
* Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment
* Report on major maintenance issues to specialized staff
* Will assist with any office moves, and clinic moves as requested
3. Emergency Response:
* Respond to campus emergencies and contacts community emergency services as required
* Assist in coordinating evacuation procedures when necessary
* Participate in emergency preparedness drills and training
* Maintain knowledge of emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, AEDs, radios, first aid kits) and ensure readiness for use
4. Environmental Health and Safety:
* Help maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
* Identify and report potential safety hazards
* Assist in implementing sustainability initiatives
5. Customer Service:
* Provide directions and assistance to students, staff, and visitors
* Respond to inquiries regarding campus facilities and security
