Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for directing sales staff, overseeing sales channels, optimizing performance, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. You will be responsible for recruiting new talent, training, supervising, leading, counseling, and motivating the sales staff to meet quotas and achieve profitability targets.
