Nokia Field Manager is responsible for supervising construction of cell sites by Nokia partners. This position is the understanding prior experience with Site Construction (site walks, installation, & acceptance), Commissioning and Integration and the ability to troubleshooting hardware/software systems. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to managing partner installation of 4G and 5G antenna components, radio components, RF Cabling, AC/DC wiring, various telecommunication equipment, fiber optics and overall testing.
Key Tasks
• Supervision of 4G and 5G antenna and associated mounting hardware, RF Fiber, AC/DC power cables with associated panels, terminals and connections installation.
• Support Troubleshooting activities when required - knowledge of RF and Fiber optic cables and connections.
• Manage the installation of radio cabinets, DC power and telecommunication equipment.
