We're actually doing buy one get one free Bullhead Jeans, which is like $40-$50 savings. Bullheads are my FAVORITE brand of jeans, so I'm excited about it! Other than that, there aren't any huge deals going on~ I haven't really wittnessed anything crazy yet... there was a woman who came in with her 2 or 3 year old daughter. Her daughter started to cry and she started smacking the kids butt to get her to stop, and even when the kid wasn't making any noise she was still smacking her and saying "You are a bad child! A bad baby! You are bad!" That wasn't crazy but it was pretty hard not to go over there and tell her that she was a bad mother. :| I like talking to people! I was previously a barista at a popular smoothie bar, so I was excited to get another "chatty" job. The discount is 50% off 5 items a month, and then 30% off the rest of the month... they've recently started doing this thing where you buy an outfit for 70% off (meaning it's usually about $20-$30), which includes jeans, a cami, and some sort of over shirt (sweater, lacey top thing, jacket). Favorite brand? uhhhhh probablyyy.. the bullhead jeans. I'm pretty picky about jeans!
I work at two stores, one of them tore apart the store one night as I was closing to change the floorset, and then a week later when I came in to get my last check from them the store looked exactly the same (minus to tables that switched, but since they're the same size and had the same stuff I didn't notice) As far as the store that I'm starting at soon goes, they apparently stayed up til like 3AM to finish theirs, but I'm not sure how it looked before/how it's supposed to look now...! But I have been hearing even from my managers that we're behind~ :'(
I’ve been with the company for 7 years. What I love most is the amount of trust I earned with this organization.
There’s absolutely nothing I didn’t like about working there.
I had a work life balance and it was free travel and my employee discount
There isn’t a dress code. It’s a very chill job depending on who is “running you”
Staff turnover is absolutely horrendous. Some managers just don’t value you and only see you as a part of their paycheck.
Probably the discounts…
It has given me a sense of belonging
they underpay the majority of workers
The discount on the clothing
Nothing
Everything is bad!
Good low-level employees
Management did not take low-level employees as important
