    This first shift Assembler position starts out at $18.80 an hour and is responsible for a range of assembly operations connected with main and final assembly, sub-assembly; packing, trouble shooting, repair and adjustment of stainless-steel commercial models to meet exacting operating performance. Units are built complete at a single workstation. These positions may require daily and/or weekend overtime to meet customer expectations. Utilizing hand tools, power tools, fixtures, hoists and work instructions, the Assembler will also use their combined knowledge of both mechanical technology and electrical components to complete production tasks. **Assembles and repairs equipment according to work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and specifications using hand tools, power tools and precision instruments** **Usage of basic hand and power tools to assist in fitting and aligning parts, maintain close bearing and sliding fits, seal for water and steam tight assemblies** **Reads process sheets, blueprints, and work instructions to determine methods and sequence of assembly operations** **Performs visual inspections of equipment parts for defects related to the fit, form or function** **Works within a team environment to execute weekly production schedules that are measured for productivity** **Demonstrates a high level of competency on assembling of machines** **Assembles, packs and/or crates finished products and parts in a variety of crates or boxes** **Perform responsibilities and tasks following quality and safety practices and procedures** **Accepts responsibility for all housekeeping protocols and reporting any inventory concerns to supervisor** **Adhere to all plant rules and maintain proper attendance standards according to company policy** **Work and communicate well with others in a cross-functional team environment** **Minimum Qualifications:** + High School diploma or GED preferred + Previous assembly experience preferred + Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred + Ability to use hand and power tools, safely and efficiently + Demonstrate basic proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and instructions to perform assembly in proper order and sequence + Ability to physically perform (stand, pivot, lean, stoop, squat, lift up to 50 pounds) as required + Prolonged periods of standing/sitting and performing repetitive tasks + Periods of working in hot/cold manufacturing environment **Compensation Information:** Starting pay $18.80/hour. Must be trained and pass the test for “Masterpack Employee Training Program” Required Skills Major Responsibilities: · Load the correct master pack onto the indexer flight, in correct position · Read and understand the Dole Food Company / Allergen Control Policy · Ensure all master packs for a run are of the same number. · If a bag is loaded onto the indexer hopper and it is discovered to be mixed bag of master packs, STOP the machine immediately and notify Lead/Coordinator on duty. · Learn the various types of master packs and the proper orientation on the indexer for proper entry into the bagger below. · Stop indexer immediately if a broken master pack is discovered. Notify Lead/Coordinator of issue and notify Sani-Tech to clean all affected areas for allergen control and cross contamination. · Other tasks within the packaging room include reworking bags of salads, and packaging/stacking boxes of salads on skids. · Must have the ability to be present at work on time, follow directions and interact well with co-workers · Employees must adhere to all policies, practices, and SOP's related to producing Safe Quality Food (SQF) · Ensure the integrity and continued operation of the food safety system in the event of organizational or personnel changes within the company or associated facilities · Support special projects and other duties as assigned

Looking for a Master Electrician to perform solar installs. The Electrician installs and directs the work of the electrical work of solar installations' wiring, conduit work, sizing of wires and disconnects, interconnecting and other related tasks on either roof or ground mounted systems. Responsibilities include: - Communicate to the General Foreman, Site Superintendent, or Construction Manager potential problems encountered during construction that would affect the schedule or require added materials to be procured. - Manage on site tools to ensure that teams have the correct tools and that tool check-out and check-in procedures are being followed.
