About this opportunity
This position is responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of liquid products to our customers on a daily basis. This position is also responsible for the cleanliness of company delivery vehicles, assisting with delivery-related projects, and providing a high level of service to customers and coworkers.
What your role will look like
Operate a commercial motor vehicle to transport liquid fuel products in every weather condition and at any time, day or night.
Load and unload liquid fuel products safely from vehicle, which includes pulling up to 150 feet of delivery hose.
Utilize web-based platforms on tablet, smart phone, laptop, and desktop to manage workflow and record data.
Support Eastern's policies and procedures, including by maintaining required licensure, meeting state, Department of Transportation (DOT), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) requirements, and complying with all applicable regulatory standards.
Remain alert and focused and otherwise complete work in a safe manner.
Demonstrate a commitment to safety by engaging in safety meetings, safety training, and safety refreshers, alerting supervisor to unsafe actions, and modeling safety-conscious practices.
