POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of guests and employees to and from the parking areas and between the resorts. Support Management in ensuring guest satisfaction, vehicle readiness, and adherence to safety and service standards.
Starting wage between $26.69/hr. - $32.03/hr. depending on experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Have a valid Commercial Class A, B, or C California Driver's License, with a passenger endorsement and an acceptable driving record

Demonstrated ability to lead, by example and assist in training and mentoring less experienced drivers and attendants
Minimum three (3) year of commercial passenger transport driving experience preferred

Carrying

Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
Pushing
To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24"- 30" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.
Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
Stooping/Bending
Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station.
Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station.
Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day.
Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.
Crouching/Squatting
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
Reaching
Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward.
Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves.
Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes.
Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones.

Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day.

Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store.
Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray.
Pushing
To move trays which are placed on dollies. A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24- 30 and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push.
Trays may also be pulled.
Climbing
Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.

Qualifications
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
- Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events/conditions
- Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
- Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
- Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
- Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
- Support the team by participating in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

- Must be at least 21 years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid Drivers License

RESPONSIBILITIES
A Southwest Traders delivery driver must be able to execute dispatch assignments, fulfill customer expectations and adhere to specific delivery procedures in accordance to company policy. The driver will be responsible for delivering a variety of products to accounts within a designated area. Multiple stops are required throughout the day that requires frequent exits and entry to and from the truck cab to conduct manual unloading of products.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
· Unloading and delivery of frozen, chilled and dry food products to customer locations within assigned route
· Making back hauls , equipment returns or exchanges, assisting co-workers with routes as assigned by your Manager or Supervisor
· Stock and or place products on customers' shelves or another designed location when applicable
· Resolve service complaints when able, issue credit memos for refused product, return product to warehouse and maintain effective communication with transportation supervisors, management and the sales department
· Organize end-of-day paperwork for office administration
· Perform Pre & Post trip inspections and maintain proper cold environment within delivery trailer
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Have at least 1 year tractor trailer, route driving experience (preferably delivering food and or beverage products)
· Must have a clean 39 month MVR and be knowledgeable of all federal and state regulations as applicable to the DOT
· Must have excellent customer service experience and strong verbal and written communication skills
· Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays when needed
· No active restrictions - must be able to operate automatic and manual
