We're searching for a Senior Packaging Designer to join our Amazon Fresh creative team. In this position, you will report to the Creative Director, Package Design and play a key role in the design exploration of Amazon Fresh's portfolio of private brands, from the rebranding of entire portfolio lines to categories within each.

This position is responsible for the graphic design of packaging solutions across all channels for company products. This includes graphic development for outer cartons, containers, labels, bags, etc. Liaise with product development, merchandising groups and marketing to collect information and define criteria and objectives. Develop graphic concepts that represent the product category with our brand image, approved color palettes, and relate coordinating components. Develop comps to be used for presentations of proposed designs to gain consensus and feedback from internal customers.

Our Senior Packaging Designer is a member of the creative team and plays a key role in ensuring our brand makes a consistent impact. Responsible for a variety of packaging and production-related tasks, including packaging design, file preparation, vendor coordination, and the creation of physical and digital mock-ups.
