Connect cylinders to manifold, opens valves to draw off residual gas and evacuate cylinders.
Inspect cylinder labels to assure they are legible, compliant with current federal requirements and correct for the service intended; replace if damaged or inappropriate Fill cylinders in accordance with specific guidelines whether by pressure or weight, as appropriate.
Weigh cylinders filled with liquid products on platform scale and record weight.
Test cylinders for leaks by brushing or spraying chemical solution around valve.
Record all necessary documentation and set a cylinder aside for settled pressure checks.
Operate and safely maintain equipment for pumping or repackaging gases into cylinders.
▪ Perform all required pre-fill and post-fill inspections and tests before cylinders are released.

Operate weight and count scale.
Outsource material from factory to warehouse on a daily basis.
Rectify inventory issues.
Use proper materials for job (pallet, box) when packing material.
Create manifests for shipping to outside vendors.
Communicate with warehouse and factory shuttle drivers when material needs to move.
Work with clamp department doing material related functions to keep production flowing.
Help pre-pack department when time permits.
Help other material handler on factory floor by taking out cardboard, empty cages, wash parts and move parts to the next location.
Assist with other areas of material handling as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Forklift certified.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and work independently
Reliable, team-oriented mindset with great time management
Strong organizational skills and a sense of accountability to every task
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

UOVO, the nation's leading storage and services provider for art, archives, and collectibles seeks an Art Handler/Driver to join its dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the art world, storage/collection management knowledge, and will be comfortable moving a wide range of art objects. The Art Handler/Driver will report to the Operations Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities
Proper handling of art objects, using the appropriate methods and materials for packaging, loading & securing for safe transport
Install/de-install artworks in-house or at offsite locations, often troubleshooting and utilizing critical thinking to solution scope changes
Preparation and careful execution of paperwork, including bills of lading, labels, driver logs, and detailed condition reports with accompanying photos if necessary
Receive and release shipments into warehouse facilities
Pack artworks for local, national and international transportation and storage
Maintain compliance with all local, state, DOT regulations
Support to internal teams, as needed
Weekend, overtime, and holiday work may be necessary; therefore, schedule flexibility is required
Other projects as assigned by Manager
Qualifications & Skills
Team Player, able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented and dynamic environment
Demonstrated knowledge of installation, packing and art handling
Excellent communication and attention to detail to both clients and coworkers
Ability to problem solve and solution onsite issues with the experience to know when to escalate problems to supervisor
Valid driver's license; CDL license a bonus
Ability to push and pull 150 pounds on a dolly or cart, as well as 50 pounds without mechanical aid
Ability to carry 40 pounds of varying size and shape up to a distance of 90 feet
Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, crouch, twist, and reach overhead
Ability to be exposed to outside weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain and snow
Familiarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, jbars, dollies and other necessary warehouse equipment

ROLES AND RESPONSIBITIES:
Overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the plant equipment.
Apply all plant safety rules, work guidelines / practices, and procedures
Wearing and maintenance of personal protective equipment required for working with hazardous chemicals
Developing and applying improvements in processes, equipment and procedures
Daily Responsibilities:
Complete walk-thru of the plant and equipment to audit safety/housekeeping/product quality
Complete preloading checks and documentation before loading trailers
Load liquid chemicals on trailers
Complete all documentation including loading checklists
Communicate with chemical operators and drivers while completing loading operations
Maintenance
Complete work requests for maintenance issues
Inspect plant equipment daily and report any issues to Supervisor
Must be able to work overtime, provide physical labor and work changing shifts as required to meet business requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of business goals and objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
