We are seeking a reliable Loader to join our team on 3rd Shift (11 PM - 7 AM). In this role, you will stack merchandise into stable loads, separate store orders as required, and close trailers upon load completion. You'll work in a fast-paced environment while following safety and housekeeping procedures.
Pay & Schedule
Starting Pay: $20/hr
Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/hr for 3rd Shift
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11 PM - 7 AM
What You Will Do
Receive wave sheet indicating loading sequence for store delivery and expected store cube.
Receive RX Sheets for daily store deliveries.
Complete maintenance sheets for assigned load lanes and return to lead daily.
Verify RX tote quantities using provided RX sheet.
Load merchandise onto trailer manually, stacking and packing securely to minimize imbalance and damage.
Pack totes together; place heavy cases on lower levels and lighter cases on upper levels.
Load Non-Con products on trailer.
Work both palletized and fluid lanes.
Ensure trailer is properly loaded and secured with boards, straps, and/or load bars.
Close and lock trailer doors, secure with red lock, and provide seal number to Lead.
Assist other departments as directed.
Follow all company rules, safety, and loss prevention policies.
Required Qualifications

Normal eyesight (natural or corrected).
Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs occasionally.

Compensation:
This position is hourly. Pay starts at $20/hour with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $21.20/hour
+ $1/hour for powered industrial equipment (PIE) operators**

Currently we are looking for an experienced Material Handler with solid math and measuring skills as well as basic data entry skills. Ability to speak English and Spanish.
Work Schedule includes a Saturday or Sunday.
Role & Responsibilities:
Wrap and prepare material for shipment.
Verify alloy, weight, and count to ensure material pulled matches work order specifications.
Solve mathematical calculations required on orders.
Safely operate forklift and/or overhead crane to move and deliver material to designated areas.
Accurately enter work order information into ERP computer system.
Help maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to work Saturday or Sunday.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions in English and Spanish.
Math and measuring skills including fractions and decimals.
Forklift experience moving large and heavy material.
Ability to accurately enter work orders into the company ERP system.

* Physically load product onto equipment, pallets or totes more than 20% of specified shift.
* Put-away and pick product for shipment or stock. Insure the exact number and type of products, ordered by the customer, are checked and loaded correctly.
* Compare the quantity, quality, labeling, and address with the customer's order to ensure outgoing product shipments are complete and correct.
* Changes equipment battery or LP tank and monitors power source as necessary.

Summary: The Material Handler is responsible for transporting airfoils throughout the facility using a cart. This individual will ensure the incoming racks are filled with the correct amount of product. In addition, this individual will move product from the outgoing racks to the next operation. The individual in this position will be required to move about the facility approximately 95% of their shift.

* Transport airfoils in trays from cell to cell.
* The person in this position will frequently move airfoils in trays approximately 95% of the time.
* Wash and dry airfoil trays to avoid FOD (Foreign Object Debris) .

* Track production inventory throughout the facility.
