Vacuum material off machines and after purge. Also, must clean oil pans. Clean filters and magnets on blending system and dryers. Must clean assigned lines for weekly housekeeping inspection sheet. Review schedule for daily activities on your shift, verify material being used versus BOM specs for colors, resin, additives and percent of additives. Check hopper windows, ensuring material does not run out. Communicate with warehouse to get materials needed on production schedule.
