Job Description:
The Material Handler is responsible for manually or with a pallet jack moving materials, supplies, and finished goods throughout the facility or onto trucks. This role supports overall warehouse efficiency by maintaining clean, organized, and safe workspaces.
Pay Range: $16.02-$17.02 per hour
Shift:
First Shift - Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Second Shift - Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Move materials, supplies, and goods manually or using a pallet jack

Responsibilities
Responsible for movement of all materials to and from the production department.
Responsible for finished product from the production department, including the EBM packout and "NETSTAGE" areas.
Responsible for the movement of held ware from bays to be sorted. Once sorting is completed, movement back to bays.
Responsible for daily fork truck checks, including battery changes.
Inspect and properly package product for shipment to our customers.

Must be able to distinguish between slight variations in color.
Must be able to maintain correct carton and skid count on production form each assigned machine.
Must be able to visually inspect bottles for defects.
Must be able to verify correct weight and counts.
Must be able to construct cardboard boxes from collapsed cartons.
Must be able to move skids of finished product with a pallet jack.
Must be able to climb a ladder.
Must be able to sort held ware correctly.
Must be willing and able to work overtime when needed.
Must know and follow all GMP procedures.
Must be able to work safely and follow Safety Rules and Procedures.
Must be able to identify and report violations and unsafe conditions to appropriate personnel.

Key Responsibilities
Operate Auto Pack Line
Efficiently complete shipments by processing and accurately loading orders, ensuring timely delivery to our clients.
Skillfully operate powered industrial and warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
Schedule, transport, weigh, stock, receive, and pack inbound and outbound products, optimizing workflow and minimizing delays.
Safely load and unload trucks, ensuring that products are handled with care to prevent damage. • Utilize JDE, RFS, and RF technology to accurately transact inventory movements and facilitate seamless shipping processes.
Transport raw materials to designated work centers, supporting production teams in maintaining efficient workflows.
Assist in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts. • Ensure all products are correctly labeled, packaged, and stored, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Conduct inspections of incoming and outgoing products to identify and report any damages, maintaining high-quality standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
