Organize empty pallets and empty container when necessary. Grade the mushroom for size and quality when necessary. Role and Responsabilities • You should check each pallet, whether they are loaded or unloaded, making sure that the items are counted correctly. • Wrap pallets when not loaded. You will need to wrap pallets with several different items in the right way. • Must count and double check all incoming and outgoing pallets. You should write in English on the loading sheets while loading trucks. • You should check the pallet labels and load sheets with customer packages to ensure no discrepancies are sent to the customer. • You must know the load settings and the total number of pallets before starting to load. • Make sure the load is ready for the road. You need to be flexible with work hours and be able to stay over-time when necessary. • Must be willing to learn how to use computers to weight pallets and load trucks.
