1.0 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 16 years of age, have neat appearance and must have the ability to hear and follow instructions. Must always practice safety. 2.0 PHYSICAL ATTRIBUTES NEEDED: Must have the physical ability to lift and stack heavy loads, approximately 75 lbs. frequently. Must have the physical ability to withstand moving product by hand from one place to another up to 72” high and as low as 12”. Must have the physical ability to read labels efficiently. Must have the physical ability to hear and follow instructions. 3.0 RESPONSIBILITIES: Retrieve loading assignments and paperwork from the shipping office. Fill out the load manifest paperwork which will be used as a guide for loading the route truck and will be used for unloading by the driver. Fill out all required areas of the load manifest and paperwork to its completion. Trucks are to be loaded by hand stacking or hand jack. Inspect the truck before loading to insure it is properly cooling and is free of maintenance issues that will cause damage to product during loading. Inspect each pallet before loading to ensure that it is stacked and wrapped properly to avoid damage during loading and during transit. Each pallet being loaded should be put in the correct pallet position on the truck and strapped in place to avoid the pallet from falling over during transit. The loader will stack the product as directed by a load master (highest stop to lowest stop from left to right). Freezer and cooler product will be pre-loaded from highest to lowest stops in freezer boxes; pre-staged in the cooler and freezer to be loaded in the morning. Chemicals are to be loaded separate from food items and on to the tail of the truck. After completing loading of trucks, help straighten warehouse at the end of the shift. Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

Job Description Reports To: Warehouse Manager Warehouse receiver is responsible for efficient, safe and accurate unloading of the transport trucks and performing the assigned warehouse maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Include 1. Must report to work on time and clock in and out properly. 2. Keep all warehouse loading and unloading areas and grounds clean. Fills racks, pick lines and all pick locations. Pushes/pulls pallets and loads and unloads appropriate company products. 3. Must be able to use and understand RF guns and functions of Location Based Inventory. 4. Unload inbound freight and outbound freight. 5. Ensure loads are done accurately and neatly. 6. Sweep, mop, and restock pick area, keeping work area clean. 7. Replenishment of all pick locations and areas. 8. Responsible for assisting in all functions of warehouse maintenance. 9. Restock and rework returned beer. 10. Visually inspect all cases unloaded to ensure they are in saleable condition. 11. Be aware of code dates and load the oldest product first. 12. Report any accidents to manager on duty immediately. 13. Upon completion of the unloading of each truck give the receiving report to the Warehouse Manager for verification. 14. Prior to the end of your shift each day ensure all empty pallets are removed from the pick area and properly stored. 15. Clear the pick area of debris and stretch wrap at the end of the truck unloading process each day. 16. Must be able to obtain forklift certification through the company. 17. Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of the company. 18. Maintain open and clear communications with the vendors and retailers that do business with the company. 19.
