Responsibilities
* Transport raw materials and finished products to and from machinery, equipment and storage area.
* Load and unload inventory as needed.
* Responsible for receiving and put-away functions for inbound materials.
* Apply and understand mathematical calculations and concepts involving fractions, decimals, percentages, etc.
* Use of handheld RFN Navigator system to scan, move and pull materials.
* Maintain good housekeeping in work area.
* Follow safety programs and ensure compliance of OSHA regulation.
* May train others and ensure work is complete and built to order specifications.
* May be responsible for raw materials and finished goods inventory, and materials order replenishment.
* Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: HS Diploma, GED or two (2) years equivalent work experience. Must be able to understand and communicate safety and other work-related instructions. Working Conditions are in a warehouse operations environment with considerable physical exertion. Will perform duties in all weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications: Typically more than three (3) years of experience in related job function. Role may require technical certification, or associates degree.

Sorts incoming merchandise into specified classifications to supplement the stores productivity and increase sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sorts merchandise.
Examines merchandise to determine if item is sellable or non-sellable.
Throws away non-sellable merchandise before it goes to the pricer's table.
Sorter is not responsible for determining which “debatable” items are sellable or not. These “debatable” items need to be given to the pricer for their determination.
Places sellable items in the bin for the pricer to price.
Sorter has responsibility to meet timelines and production goals.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area for safety and efficient production.
Ensures the flow of product in and out of the workstation.
Performs other duties and special assignments as directed, including assignments, which may be outside the primary area of employment.
