Rotate product by date in the storage cooler while staying in rotation and picking the correct product based on age. Maintain accurate inventory and perform routine cycle counts. Separate pallets and store in appropriate designated areas. Unload product in a timely manner and ensure all pertinent information is accurate for each BOL. Verify paperwork and system transactions are all accurate. Move finished goods from production to the cooler and ensure proper product temperature. Perform other duties as assigned. What you will Need: GED/High School Diploma. 2 years of forklift experience (some positions require stand-up forklift experience). Ability to read, write and speak English; comprehension of basic math. Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness and flexibility to work in a cold, wet, fast-paced, 24 hour plant environment. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Minimum Qualifications: Performance efficiencies (fill rate, labor & yield), rework, OEE, production specification compliance, downtime communication.
