Reviews the computer system daily for open requisitions to determine if requested parts/materials are still needed and to cancel/delete outdated requisitions. Conducts inventory cycle counts. Accurately reports discrepancies. Works with different departments to ensure maintenance tasks are completed to support the organization. Conducts monthly self-audits including shelf life, hazardous shipping files and various FAA audits. Maintains tooling needed to perform maintenance tasks. Maintains a secure, clean and orderly stockroom per Company policies and procedures and FAA requirements. Ensures compliance with hazardous materials/dangerous goods regulations. Key Responsibilities Load and unload materials for customers and deliveries using proper equipment and techniques. Organize and separate materials to fulfill customer orders accurately. Assist customers in selecting and loading products while providing excellent service. Maintain a clean and organized yard by following proper storage procedures. Inspect equipment regularly and report any maintenance needs. Follow all safety protocols and operate equipment responsibly. Assist with inventory counts and notify the team of stock shortages or discrepancies. Perform general yard maintenance such as sweeping, organizing, and waste disposal. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Fluency in English is required; Portuguese and Spanish is highly encouraged. Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or outdoor supply role is preferred but not required. Must have a valid Class A license, insurable driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug test. Forklift Certification (required). DOT Card (required). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Safety-conscious with a commitment to following protocols. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
