The Truck Loader is responsible for supporting and coordinating the second shift logistics operations to ensure orders are selected and loaded properly, taking pictures, utilizing NetSuite to Fulfil Orders and confirming all required paperwork is on the truck for the driver to ensure on time deliveries. Duties & Responsibilities Main Activities: Use NetSuite to print, verify and fulfill orders daily Set and adhere to a plan to lead the Dispatch team for on time load deliveries Meet with Production at cross shift every day to discuss the workload and schedule Review loads that are ready for delivery and take pictures Ensure picking process is executing according to the SOP for consistency and accuracy Verifying the accuracy of the picking and QA process, signing off on necessary paperwork when load is completed and making sure paperwork is in proper order for the Logistics Scheduler Understand and maintain confidentiality relating to all business activities, especially relating to manufacturing details and customer/ supplier details. Insure employees are doing the same.
