Job Description:
The Production Material Handler is responsible for safely and efficiently moving, tracking, picking, and restocking materials for the production lines using a forklift and other material handling equipment. This role supports production operations by ensuring accurate physical and system inventory movement, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and meeting productivity goals and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Move, stack, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.

+ Safety & Compliance:
+ Perform Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) before, during, and after forklift operations.
+ Adhere to OSHA, Army, and company safety procedures during all lifting and handling operations.
+ Safely handle sensitive, hazardous, and heavy materiel in accordance with environmental and Army standards.
+ Report any accidents, incidents, or equipment deficiencies immediately.
+ Documentation & Accountability Support:
+ Assist supply technicians in verifying turn-in documentation (DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, etc.) against items being moved.
+ Update handling logs and records in support of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.
+ Support audits and inspections by ensuring equipment is staged and accounted for properly.
+ Team Coordination:
+ Work closely with Supply Technicians, Warehouse Specialists, Material Coordinators, and Truck Drivers to maintain efficient workflow.
+ Support staging and loading operations for outbound shipments.
+ Communicate task completion and equipment movement updates to supervisors.

Qualifications
