Material Handlers are responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely movement and organization of Fragrance raw materials, supplies, and finished products within the production facility. Ensure the efficient flow of materials to support the manufacturing process and meet production schedules. RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilizing scanner/tablet, receive, inspect, and verify the quantity and quality of incoming materials, such as fragrance ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies, ensuring they meet the specified requirements and quality standards. Safely and efficiently transfer fragrance raw materials from tote, barrel, drum, etc., into dispensing equipment for use by Compounder. Safely and efficiently transport materials between production areas, warehouses, and storage locations using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other appropriate equipment. Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies to the production facilitating smooth workflow and minimizing downtime. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in a materials handling or warehouse role is advantageous. Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment, ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
