About the Role:
Circular Services conducts waste audits that typically last for one week and we are seeking temporary assistance on this project. The Waste Study Sorter is responsible for ensuring proper sorting and placement and sorting of materials from bagged waste into separate containers. This work is similar to duties and responsibilities associated with commercial janitorial work and involves opening waste bags to sort the items found inside.
Responsibilities:
Stand at an outside area workstation sorting items from waste bags and place them into designated bins for the study for a period of 2-4 hours.
Quickly identify items and safely remove them to bins.
General cleanup at the end of each shift.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with the use of basic Personal Protective Equipment like a hard hat, reflective vest, boots, ear and eye protection, utility gloves, and arm preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY
The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. Picking Responsibilities
· The picking functions include, but are not limited to, using a pallet jack to accurately pick orders to fulfill client demands. The successful individual in this role will play a key role in maintaining smooth production flow by managing the movement, tracking, and administrative handling of materials between Production, Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, and Shipping Departments.
This position is responsible for both the physical handling and clerical processing of materials, ensuring the timely delivery of components, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the reallocation of materials in response to internal change orders or customer-driven modifications.
This position is fully onsite, Monday through Friday at Silvus Technologies' HQ in the heart of vibrant **West Los Angeles.**

**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Perform daily material delivery and pickup between the Stockroom, Production stations, Quality, and Shipping areas.
+ Reallocate materials across job codes in the ERP system based on customer cancellations, change orders, or shipping schedule shifts.
+ Pull, stage, and verify materials for Sales Orders in coordination with the Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, Shipping and Production teams.
+ Support Production by ushering electronic materials, bins, and ESD bags between suites and stations throughout the facility.
+ Work closely with the Supply Chain, Stockroom, Quality, and Shipping teams to ensure all materials are properly issued, tracked, and documented.
