About the Role As a Material Handler, you'll be the driving force behind the seamless flow of materials across our warehouse and production operations. From expertly operating forklifts to ensuring inventory accuracy, your contributions will keep our production rhythm in perfect harmony.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently transport materials between the warehouse and compounding areas to support production needs.
Utilize ERP systems and handheld barcode scanners to track and transfer materials with precision.
Return used materials to the warehouse promptly and accurately.
Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy, following the First Expired, First Out (FEFO) protocol.
Support the drum pouring section by ensuring raw materials are consistently available.
Assist the production team with batch preparation and solution mixing.
Maintain supply levels of PG and ethanol alcohol totes for uninterrupted operations.
Perform monthly and daily cycle counts to ensure inventory integrity.
Resample batches, submit samples to Quality Control (QC), and manage expired goods sampling.
Serve as a backup for fellow Material Handlers during absences.
Take on additional duties as needed to support the team.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 3 months of warehouse or logistics experience.
Proficiency in reading and understanding English.
Familiarity with forklift operation, safety protocols, respirator protection, lock-out procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems.

As a Supply Handler you will be in charge of a Finishing room. In this role you will perform downstream activities that are required to successfully complete production. This involves initiation of paperwork not generated by the documentation center, verification of components per the appropriate Bill of Materials, set-up, challenge and verification of label dispensers, verification of weighing and measuring devices for current calibration status, and set-up and verification of batch board and seal integrity stations. Some areas require the assembly of equipment including the operation of blending, grinding, and some molding.

Maintain the Hour-by-Hour boards by documenting production targets and actuals and providing detailed reasons for any gaps, as well as keeping shift total production numbers and PVP trends
Maintain downtime entries in Baxterity and open requests for maintenance as needed
Supervise product exposure times and document process flow as required
Periodically performs all Operator I/Operator II functions
Set-up/Tear down room and keep production area supplies up to date
Perform all line clearances
Replace labels on dispensers, take appropriate samples and verify as well as troubleshoot any label dispenser problems
Trouble shoot problems in the finishing area, and decide how to correct or who to contact
Facility cleaning, as required based on daily schedule
Move production cart into 5o C and freezer areas in the required times required by product specification

A Mail Sorter collects the printed material at the finishing end of the equipment, jogs the material and puts it into mail trays while keeping an eye on quality and separating trays according to instructions. Assists the Press Operator in maintaining the quality and maximum production of printed material in a profitable manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collect printed products at the finishing end of the equipment, jog the product flat on all sides and insert into mail trays. Separate trays according to instructions to ensure a smooth product flow through other departments and processes
Assists the Press Operator in the process of setting up and running of individual jobs. Theses duties include but are not limited to hanging rolls, filling ink fountains, emptying punch bags, keeping area clean, etc. Anything job related that will help the press operator setup and run a job while keeping the equipment and work area maintained
Communicates essential information, potential problems, quality issues, and other information pertinent to the job at shift change. Fill out skid tags, and other daily paperwork where applicable
Works in a safe manner. Follows all required safety procedures such as, but not limited to, wearing required PPE and observing safety procedures specific to chemical hazards
Keeps work area and equipment clean and free from debris at all times
Works overtime when the production schedule dictates
Qualifications
Must have a good understanding of sequential numbering and be able to follow reports for tray breaks and skid breaks
Must be dependable in their punctuality and attendance
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic math skills (knowledge of calculator and ruler)
Must be mechanically inclined, willing and capable to learn the functions of the press
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Must be able to lift up to 25-50 lbs. and is constantly standing or walking

As a Supply Handler you will perform downstream activities that are required to successfully complete production. This involves initiation of paperwork not generated by the documentation center, verification of components per the appropriate Bill of Materials, set-up, challenge and verification of label dispensers, verification of weighing and measuring devices for current calibration status, and set-up and verification of batch board and seal integrity stations. Some areas require the assembly of equipment including the operation of blending, grinding, and some molding.
What You'll Be Doing
Supervise product exposure times and document process flow as required
Periodically performs all Operator I/Operator II functions
Pull required processing samples, document, package and distribute
Set-up/Tear down room and keep production area supplies up to date
Perform all line clearances
Requires the use measuring devices, such as calipers, templates, pin gauges and micrometers.
Replace labels on dispensers, take appropriate samples and verify as well as troubleshoot any label dispenser problems
Collect, document, disposition production scrap
Trouble shoot problems in the finishing area, and decide how to correct or who to contact
Facility cleaning as required based on daily schedule
Move production cart into 5o C and freezer areas in the required times required by product specification
Overtime may be required
Moving of pasteurization carts and operation of pasteurizer
What You'll Bring
Must not be allergic to Penicillin or Cephalosporin
Must not be color blind
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Visual acuity 20/25 Near Vision with or without corrective vision required.
Must be able to understand, speak, read and write English in order to align with necessary SOP's, SPEC's, Job-specific training materials, GMP's, and other manuals.
Strong interpersonal skills
Good documentation and computer skills
Basic math skills are required
Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
Frequent walking and standing
Occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching up and out, wrist turning, pinching and manipulation

This is an 8-hour shift from 11:00pm to 7:30am.
