Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in forklift, PIV, and hoist operation, but will provide training. Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
