Ability to Regularly lift, push, pull 25 - 35 lbs. Occasionally carry up to 50 lbs. and occasionally push or pull up to 150 lbs. using a pallet jack or gaylords to transport large packages.
Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
Gloves and work boots are recommended
