The Quality Facilitator is responsible for daily quality control, product testing, and customer quality assurance activities. The Quality Facilitator supports the quality, environmental, health, and food safety programs within the plant to ensure production of a high-quality product to meet customer needs.

Support all required oil sampling/testing for existing and future equipment. Understand all nomenclature associated with lubrication quality, types, dosages, frequencies, etc.
Build and optimize lubrication routes, promote continuous improvement of department procedures.
Strict adherence to good housekeeping: including but not limited to personal work area and tools, shops and break rooms, all lubrication and hydraulic systems, process equipment, etc.
Immediately communicate any safety concerns or equipment concerns to supervisor.
Plan work in advance; obtain necessary instructions, drawings, documentation and materials. Be proactive, self-directed and self-motivated.
Inspect and lubricate all rotating equipment in accordance with OEM and company standard procedures. Consult with department supervision on any discrepancies.
Maintain hydraulic and lubrication reservoirs, filters, valves, pipes, tubing, hoses, accumulators, etc.
Maintain lubrication inventory and supplies
Perform work tasks alone or with other personnel as directed by management.
Complete all other work assigned by department management.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 3 years mechanical experience, preferred in a manufacturing environment.
