Preferred Technical Qualifications: 3 or more years direct oilfield or petrochemical operations experience. Associate degree or higher in process technology or relevant technical discipline. Intermediate knowledge of Production Operations and Process Safety Management 1 or more years' experience as a Field Production Operator for wells and remote gathering systems, AND/OR 1 or more years' experience as a Field Production Operator for a processing facility, AND/OR ConocoPhillips contract opportunities are for project-based or other short-term engagements that require specialized skills.
