The Operations Lead (OL) oversees store processes and supports an active selling culture by ensuring that all aspects are maintained to documented company standards designed to drive sales. Key Roles & Responsibilities:
The Operations Lead performs all store opening, closing, and Front-End processes, ensuring accurate and timely execution, and operational readiness, providing troubleshooting, team management, conditioning, and housekeeping, while ensuring building, assets, and team member security.
The OL coordinates directly with the Operations Manager to maximize staffing effectiveness that supports traffic, sales, and the customer experience, including compliance with Company timekeeping policies, meeting labor model standards, customer interaction standards, and business metrics.
The OL participates in Task Management by planning/executing the daily/weekly zone workload and assigning tasks to deliver on store, department, sales goals, guest engagement, etc., and ensures all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
The Operations Lead supports the store team in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention expense control, and customer experience so the store will operate effectively and profitably.
The OL Drives productivity by training, coaching, planning, monitoring, and appraising results.
The Operations Lead leverages daily interactions and team huddles to communicate and teach/train topics that support the customer experience.
The operations Lead participates in all freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions The OL processes freight, and stocks, including down stocking and end cap maintenance, while maintaining a neat, clean, organized store.
All other duties are based on business needs.

OPERATOR I/II, PRODUCTION
Based out of Rocket Lab's site in Albuquerque, New Mexico, we're looking for Operator I/II, Production to join our production team and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Rocket Lab is a leading provider of high efficiency solar cells, solar panels, and composite structural products or satellite and aerospace applications. We're the world's only vertically integrated, end-to-end supplier of satellite solar arrays - our space solar products have powered over 1,000 satellites in orbit to date!
Note:
you'll have an assigned shift, but the training hours may vary from that when you start. Certain shifts may qualify for a shift differential on the base pay, depending on the hours and schedule.

WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
Perform a variety of functions in the production of semiconductor devices, as well as specific process steps in the assembly and test of production units

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collects tests and preserves water and wastewater samples for chemical and biological properties.
Calibrates laboratory equipment, flow meters and chemical feed equipment as required by operating standards.
Maintains operating records and inspection reports.
Evaluates laboratory results and notifies supervisor of required changes in process and procedures.
Cleans and maintains all laboratory equipment.
Performs troubleshooting and repair as required to maintain equipment and facilities, runs test for process control.

Perform line spots for all excavation, especially for 811 requests within specified time frame .Perform smoke/dye test as needed to determine breaks in sewer lines; prepare equipment used in smoke tests.
Perform pesticide work in manholes including applying pesticides and chemicals to destroy roots and roaches in sewer lines; drive and operate roach truck.
Read and interpret Village collection system maps.
Use radio procedures to communicate with field and base to coordinate and complete tasks .
Respond quickly and accurately to service calls during duty and non-duty hours, while serving in the on call capacity ensure that required response procedures are met.
Operate and maintain all aspects of a truck or trailer mounted jet Roding/vacuum unit and video inspection units with the proficiency needed to complete collection line maintenance.
Complete point line repairs that may require the ability to dig by hand, operate heavy equipment and use other specialized tools.
Maintain accurate and complete records in conjunction with a computerized preventive and corrective maintenance program.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Water/Wastewater Division Supervisor III and or Operations Manager IV.
Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility for all team members and are expected to report to work based upon the assigned schedule each day in accordance with the Attendance Policy for Pueblo of Sandia.
