Job Description
THE POSITION
Primarily pack or assemble product to production order or work instructions, put product in individual and master cartons to fulfill internal or customer requirements.
Operate packaging equipment used to support packaging process and product modifications by following work and routing instructions and standard operation procedures to contribute to consistent improvement of our processes.
Maintain accurate counts of product packaged.
Conduct quality checks to ensure the correct processing of orders.
Adhere to Continental's quality policy in relation to packaging and assembly of product in OES.
Palletize and label orders as required.
Utilize Pallet jacks when necessary.
Operate in the Electrostatic Discharge room to program software product as needed.
Cut cardboard and load baler with cardboard for recycling, as assigned.
Follow all safety and OSHA guidelines to ensure all safety requirement are met.
Perform all other activities as directed by your supervisor.
THE ENVIRONMENT
Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must be always adhered to.
We offer day shift hours 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to low to moderate temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and low to moderate noise.
The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting up to 20 lbs. and operating basic manual machinery, with comprehensive training provided.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
High School diploma or GED.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT
Minimum of 3-6 months of warehouse/distribution/manufacturing experience.
SAP and Microsoft Office knowledge a plus
