Team Support: Communicate effectively to help meet production targets and deadlines. What We're Looking ForQualifications: 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or extrusion machine operation, preferably plastics or polymer processing. Knowledge of extrusion machinery and manufacturing processes. Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical repairs. Ability to read and understand technical specifications and production orders. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to work independently and maintain performance in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 lbs. Preferred Skills: High School Diploma or GED. Experience with automated or PLC-controlled extrusion systems. Familiarity with QC processes in extrusion production. Experience with PVC, polypropylene, or polyethylene materials. Forklift or material handling experience. Why Join Us?
