Inspect all final packaged items to make sure they meet specifications. Stamp all packaged items with “lot number” (ie. Julian date). Inspect and remove any items that appear defective (or low filled) and document that number when logging the record of packaged goods. Key Responsibilities: Wrap aluminum products in wood grain film, preparing them for the sublimation process. Place wrapped products into an oven to bake and transfer the wood grain pattern onto the aluminum surface. Unwrap bundles of coated products, inspecting each piece for damages, scratches, or defects to ensure quality standards. Transfer products from bundles to conveyor belts, carefully handling and lifting to prevent damage. Bag sublimated products, ensuring the bag is free of seams, lines, or wrinkles for a tight, professional seal. Place products on trolleys for baking and remove baked items post-process. Stack and organize finished products on carts for packing. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout your shift. Assist with other departmental tasks as needed to support team operation and workflow. Your primary responsibilities include operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring quality control, and contributing to the efficient and sustainable production of solar energy components. This role requires attention to detail and commitment to safety and environmental standards. Key responsibilities: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production of solar panels. Including but not limited to photovoltaic cell manufacturing, soldering, encapsulation, and testing equipment. Monitor production processes, equipment parameters, and environmental conditions to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to specifications. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of safety measures.
