Who We Want:
The purpose of a Weld Production Operator at Challenge is to load component parts into automated assembly cells in an efficient manner to support the production of customer parts. Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
* Pull raw materials from warehouse for stage product accountability.
* Blends ingredients following explicit directions on batch record procedures and discharges into super sacks (up to 1,000 kilos); weighs to ensure correct weight/volume, and uses forklift to transport sacks to compressing area.
* Apply Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to Stage, Charge and Yield products.
* Makes appropriate entries onto batch records, labels and logbooks ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Ensures cleanliness of blending equipment and blending room to required standards by using small hand tools to disassemble equipment and cleaning as necessary; and thoroughly cleaning the walls, floors and all other fixtures in the blending room using standard cleaning tools and cleansing agents.
* Blends/wet mixes ingredients by operating collette granulator, prepares solutions and trays product for drying according to written procedures and standard operating procedures.
* Uses oscillator/comminutor to granulate and comminute product to appropriate particle size.
* Operates sieve analysis machine to test particle size; tests moisture level in product to ensure its integrity and compliance with set standards.
* Subdivides bulk product for outside sales in accordance with instructions.
* Maintains a variety of written records on cleaning, checking, and product batches as required by the FDA and Pharmavite procedures.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
Critical Success Factors
You'll be most successful in this role if you have:
* Manual dexterity to manipulate controls of blending and other equipment.
* Physical ability to work on feet for a full shift, regularly lifts and carries heavy containers, and performs all duties of job in a safe manner.
* Physical ability to bend and scoop large quantities of raw material from container and dump into hopper above head levels; and to work on feet for a full 12-hour shift.
* English communication skills to maintain routine written logs and records. Communicate with supervisors and others and read batch records, operating instructions, and safety regulations.
Required Skills & Capabilities
In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:
* Requires a high school diploma or GED is required or 9 years work equivalency.
* Requires forklift certification within six months of attaining position.
* Requires three months of manufacturing experience. Prior experience as a production machine operator or utility worker or similar work is preferred. A complete working knowledge of the blending operation is preferred.
* Stand and often walk up and down stairs for the full shift, with little/no flexibility to move from the work station. Perform repetitive job duties for long periods of time. Push/pull/lift/carry heavy containers of product regularly throughout shift. Safely operate a fork lift and pallet jack in congested areas
* Constant exposure to noise levels loud enough to require employees wear hearing protection. Warm to hot temperature levels, fumes, vibration, dust, etc., sufficient to cause minor to major discomfort. The employee to wear protective eye wear, hair net, uniforms, safety shoes, gloves, back support (if desired) and, at times, dust masks or half mask respirators.

SWOT Team Description: You will work directly with the Office of Orientation and Transitions and Student Affairs staff and serve as the face of AUM for new students and their families during Orientation Sessions and Campus Events. While a part of SWOT, you will be provided with a great opportunity to build leadership skills, network with your peers and faculty/staff, and make a difference in the life of a new AUM student.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain a positive attitude and represent the university in a professional manner
* Attend Friday training sessions through May, as well as Spring, Summer, and Fall 2026 Orientation sessions
* Work as a team with fellow SWOT Team members and be willing to take direction from SWOT Force Leaders
* Be on time and work all orientation sessions and set-up days
* Assist with setup, facilitating, and breakdown of campus events
* Assist with office work in the Student Affairs Department at least 5 hours per week during peak seasons, and at least 2 hours a week during the year on top of mandatory trainings
* Assist in orientation communications including making orientation phone calls to admitted students, post-orientation engagement processes, and helping engage on social medial platforms
* Register admitted students for orientation sessions
* Facilitate small group sessions during orientation
* Lead campus tours
* Be creative when engaging in planning for orientation and interacting with new students and parents
* Be engaged and fully present where you are at all times

Key Responsibilities:
Operate a grapple truck along railways to pick up, transport, and distribute railroad materials.

Ensure proper load securement and weight distribution in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
