ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Reaches production guidelines and standards by sorting, processing or hanging donated goods. 2. Assists in developing additional donors for the agency. 3. Ensures the proper rotation of merchandise. 4. Participates in the agency's loss control efforts by reporting suspicious activity to a supervisor or the Loss Prevention Director. 5. Ensures a clean and safe environment in the plant by practicing good housekeeping practices. 6. Regular attendance is required as outlined in Goodwill's attendance policy. 7. Observes safety procedures and Goodwill policies. 8. Attends regular employee meetings and training. 9. Acts as a positive role model for employees, participants and donors. 10.
