Follow process orders from beginning to end and record all pertinent information. Add materials at specified quantities and times, observe temperatures and or mixtures and chemical reactions. The OL coordinates directly with the Operations Manager to maximize staffing effectiveness that supports traffic, sales, and the customer experience, including compliance with Company timekeeping policies, meeting labor model standards, customer interaction standards, and business metrics.
