The role of the finishing operator is to ensure the packaging, labeling, and finished product are correct per our customer requirements in our work instructions as the operator performs the functions of packing, glove pull, and basket return. Duties and Responsibilities The finishing operator performs the following tasks: Rotates regularly to perform the basket return, hand packing of gloves, and glove pull-off former tasks.
