What You'll Do: •Load and unload CNC machines and ensure parts meet quality standards. •Inspect parts and troubleshoot basic issues during production. •Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to complete jobs accurately. •Use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges. •Maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. What We're Looking For: •High school diploma or equivalent. •2+ years of CNC or machining experience preferred, but not required-we're willing to train the right person. •Basic machining knowledge and ability to use common inspection tools. •Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. •Team-oriented mindset and commitment to safety and quality. •Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Full-time.

Essential Duties: Palletizer: · Ability to read and understand daily production schedule· Communicate with Data Clerks and Management about necessary materials and machine malfunctions· Ability to hand palletize, follow pallet configurations, monitor number of pallets· Understanding basic math and have clear handwriting· Ability to diagnose issues within the Palletizer machine, to clear out cup jams and breakdowns, understand how to use the screen and g et machine back up and running· Responsible for learning all aspects of Palletizer Machine, with the ability to teach others key primary adjustments· Ability to identify product variation to set up machinery in a timely manner.· Capable of operating Walkie Stack after proper training and certifications Requirements: · One year certificate from college or technical school; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
