This position will break, cover vacancies, and train employees in all Packaging Operator positions to ensure that all packaging area equipment and people are able to package products in an efficient manner consistent with customer, quality assurance, and packaging goals and expectations. Key Responsibilities * Maintain Company standards for safety, quality, food safety, sanitation and GMPs. * Provide troubleshooting, repair and support on the equipment, instrumentation systems and supporting equipment including most mechanical, some electrical and some electronic aspects. * Operate and monitor equipment within the assigned area. * Observe and listen to operating machines or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions and to determine need for adjustments or repairs.
