Maintains inventory levels of raw materials within the production areas. Keeps an accurate log of raw materials used in the production of labels. Logs date and ID number of cartons of product to maintain a FIFO inventory and to identify any quality control problems with raw materials. Uses TCM system to log each job accurately and correctly to record time and materials for each job. Responsible for maintenance of all dies. Keeps all work areas safe, clean and in good condition. Follows any other instructions given by supervisors and/or management to complete other tasks or projects, ensuring the objectives are accomplished accurately and within the timeframe allotted. Requirements The Toll Processing Operator I maintains production and distribution of product by maintaining inventory, setting up production materials and equipment, processing raw material, packaging process material, and staging finished product under cGMP guidelines. The First shift runs from 6:15am - 2:15pm with demands for overtime daily and on the weekends. Requirements Responsibilities 1. Set up, adjust, and operate all equipment necessary to process materials. 2. Read and interpret work orders to processes raw materials to specification. 3. Select the appropriate tools, equipment, and packaging material to be used in preparation of processing. 4. Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on work orders 5. Maintains and documents in-process inventory, as applicable. 6. Makes well-considered decisions when improvisation is necessary in setup, maintenance, test-work, and production runs. 7.
