Our Warehouse Forklift Operator position performs the following duties within designated work areas, as assigned at the beginning of each shift:
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Operate forklift or other hand truck
Load and unload goods from vehicles such as trucks or aircraft
Move goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
Stack goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
Ensuring loads are secure
Stack empty pallets
Perform daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck's battery and lubricating equipment
Remove machine attachments and waste material from machines
Pick up cardboard, plastics and other items or debris; load and remove to stacking area or debris bin(s) or other designated location
Provide support to the janitorial crew when needed which may include the following:
Clean building floor surfaces by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
Gather and empty trash
Qualification requirements:
1 year experience as forklift operator
General janitorial experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required)
Valid certification to operate forklifts and must be able satisfactorily pass company PIT (Performance Industrial Trucks) Training
KBS utilizes the KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software for accurate recording of employee work hours, attendance management, completion of required training, and distribution of important employment-related information. All non-exempt employees are required to download and use the KBSPresence app on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out for their shifts and breaks. In accordance with applicable local laws, cell phone reimbursement is provided to support the use of personal devices for work-related tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Maintains an adequate supply of roll stock and ensures all packaging materials are available for each machine.
* Set up and write new programs for bag makers.
* Writes and/or edits machine micro logic as needed to maintain an efficient and low waste operation.
* Creating and modifying code dates.
* Performs preventative maintenance on equipment. Sets up and makes minor scale repairs and adjustments.
* Perform span calibration and/or adjustments on scales, adjust scales linkages so it opens and shuts correctly, make minor adjustments to formers.

* Properly plans ahead for machine changeovers and efficiently changing from one product item to another.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $27.25 per hour.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. Job Summary:
Production operators tend machines such as fillers, labelers, packaging, cappers, palletizers, etc. used for bottling water. They will operate manufacturing equipment in an efficient and safe manner while ensuring package and product quality.
Essential Job Duties:
Will perform basic machine operations to include; stacking raw material, handling finished product cases, performing quality inspections and minor machine adjustments.
Monitors the flow of outgoing finished goods and correct any disturbance in the flow of those goods.
Cleans equipment and line continually throughout the shift and maintains a clean work area.
Expedites repairs to the line; working with maintenance as necessary.
Keeps daily records of down time and machine operations.

Job Description
The Packaging Technician will be responsible for safely and effectively preparing, filling, packaging and labeling our food safe medical cannabis oils and liquids for ingestion, inhalation, solid dose and topical applications. This position will also be responsible for maintaining production and packaging equipment.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
Proper setup and operation of filling, solid dose manufacturing, packaging and labeling equipment
Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
Assist in monitoring and managing processing equipment supplies and inventory
Execute all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with PharmaCann SOP's and all applicable manufacturing procedures
Perform in-process and post-process sample acquisitions according to protocols or batch records
Support new product lines and process development as needed
Be willing and able to be cross-trained to work alongside other PharmaCann team members with manufacturing, harvesting, drying and weighing of PharmaCann's broad medical cannabis product line as needed
Ensure compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures
Train future new team members as necessary

Qualifications

What your day looks like
You begin by staging materials and confirming the bagger and conveyors are ready. As bottles come off the blow-molding equipment, you examine them for holes, surface lines, water spots, or other flaws. Approved bottles are packed into grouped boxes you assemble and secure with twine. You keep the conveyors clear to prevent jams, call out for additional raw materials when needed, and log production counts for the shift. You label finished goods with accurate dates, shift identifiers, and required color codes, and you support routine inventory checks and simple recordkeeping. If the line hiccups, you notify your supervisor and help get things moving again-safely and quickly.
