Responsibilities: Set up and operate brake press equipment to form sheet metal components to precise specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings. Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and adherence to aerospace standards. Maintain equipment and workspace to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Prior experience operating a brake press (required). Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to follow instructions, read technical drawings, and meet deadlines. Consistent work history demonstrating reliability and dependability. This position requires access to technical data controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
