Primary Responsibilities
Serves as a Team Member of a Food Production Team receiving guidance, direction and instructions from the Team Leader and Production Leadership.
Required to enter correct data into the Infinity computer system validating the metrics to ensure product quality guidelines are met, completing mandatory Quality Control requirements.
Directly responsible for controlling a key Critical Control Point (CCP) utilizing Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), ensuring all production equipment is prepared for production and properly operates during production.
