**What You'll Work On**

ROLE SUMMARY: PackagingOperators are the last line of defense in ensuring we are sending out quality beer to our amazing customers! Safety first, quality always, then volume, volume, volume! As a PackagingOperator you will be responsible for operating high speed manufacturing equipment including our kegging, canning, and bottling lines, cleaning and more.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Package various styles of beer on site (kegging, bottling, or canning).
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the brewery.
Ensure Four Peaks' quality of standards and safety are met.
Ability to use the forklift responsibly and efficiently (forklift training is required and can be administered on-site).
Keg, bottle or can required amount of beer each day, adhering to the predetermined packaging schedule.
Adhere to the packaging schedule daily to be prepared for that day and the next day's units. Communicate with brewers and logistics to prioritize which beer to package.
Accurately record amount of beer packaged in necessary logs.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging lines.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment yet be precise in your daily tasks.
Be safety minded in all aspects of your job and report any possible unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
Lift and clean kegs before refilling them with product (if applicable).
Make sure that kegs are still functional and able to be used and report any damaged kegs to supervisor and tag unusable ones.
Make sure that PPE (personal protective equipment) is used and operable. Report to supervisor if anything needs to be replaced.
Report any hazards that happen with respect to bottling, kegging, or canning line immediately. Do NOT remove any safety guards or practice any unsafe task while operating any of the equipment.
Inspect all final packaged items to make sure they meet specifications.
Stamp all packaged items with ālot numberā (ie. Julian date).
Inspect and remove any items that appear defective (or low filled) and document that number when logging the record of packaged goods.

Qualifications:

As a member of the Packaging Line Team, you'll be a vital part of the final stage in our production process - packaging and preparing our gummies for delivery to customers. From quality checks to line efficiency, your attention to detail will ensure that every bottle, jar, and pouch that leaves our facility meets the highest standards.
š§ Core Responsibilities:Packaging Line Operator
Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machinery (bottle fillers, cappers, labelers, sealers, pouch fillers, etc.)
Conduct line changeovers to accommodate different product SKUs
Monitor equipment and make minor adjustments to maintain performance and minimize downtime
Inspect and test packaging materials and product appearance for quality assurance
Complete documentation and batch records in compliance with cGMP standards
Work closely with maintenance and production supervisors to troubleshoot equipment issues
Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning between runs
Support production goals by meeting daily output and efficiency standards
Bottle/Jar Filler
Load empty bottles or jars onto the line for filling
Ensure gummies are accurately dispensed into each container based on product weight/volume specs
Monitor fill weights and adjust equipment as needed
Keep the filler and surrounding area clean and organized
Communicate any out-of-spec product to the Packaging Line Operator immediately
Capper/Sealer
Apply and secure caps, seals, or lids based on packaging requirements
Operate torque verification tools to ensure proper seal tightness
Inspect caps for defects or alignment issues
Clear jams and replenish cap supplies as needed
Labeling Technician
Set up and operate labelers to apply product and compliance labels
Perform label alignment checks and inspect for air bubbles, wrinkles, or misprints
Maintain accurate label counts and lot tracking
Coordinate with QA to verify label accuracy and placement
Pouch Line Associate
Load pouches or bags into the packaging machine
Monitor product fill, seal strength, and alignment
Inspect pouches for damage, weight accuracy, and seal integrity
Organize filled pouches into cartons for final packaging
Carton/Box Packout
Inspect final packaged product for accuracy and presentation
Pack finished containers into cartons according to specifications
Apply lot numbers, barcodes, and tamper-evident seals where required
Stack and prepare cartons on pallets for shipment

High school diploma or GED (required)
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, food, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical packaging environment (preferred)

Flow Distribution is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Packaging Associates to join our Manufacturing and Packaging team for an immediate start. Duties & Responsibilities
Packaging and manufacturing responsibilities including, but not limited to, counting, sorting, labeling, sealing, boxing, and taping products according to SOPs.
Meet or exceed personal and team production goals set by management.
Perform visual quality control checks to ensure product and packaging meet standards.
Communicate immediately with the Production Manager if any product concerns or discrepancies arise.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace before, during, and after each shift.
Operate all machinery and packaging equipment according to company safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
Stage workstations for the next shift by preparing necessary materials and equipment.
Follow all company and Arizona state compliance standards and regulations.
Maintain confidentiality and handle inventory responsibly.
Participate in routine cleaning, maintenance, and organization of tools and equipment.
