Qualifications You must possess the following minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operate various metalworking machinery such as presses, shears, and roll formers. Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to prevent downtime. Establish Bagged Salad Efficiency (Production rates and BPM). Certify the bag meets product and order specifications numbers by visual checks of lot numbers and code dates. Validate quality of the bag (air testing, seals, code date, weight, nitrogen, volume, etc.) Lift/carry forming tubes and film roll and adjust to bagger equipment (50 lbs). Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Ability to read, write and speak English; basic math skills. Ability to be cross trained and multi-task in multiple positions.
